Week 2

The poetic quality of the story is strong, but its complexity and heavy symbolism may make it challenging for viewers to grasp the core message. Simplifying the narrative while retaining its emotional depth will improve clarity. Focus on the main problem and moral, ensuring they are clearly conveyed.

Week 3

The suggested slide adjustments will enhance readability and logical flow. Boldening the protagonist’s name improves emphasis, and repositioning sections makes the presentation more intuitive. The gray palette should maintain contrast without being overly dark—silhouettes are a good solution. Simplifying the script through transitions and cut-outs will make it more dynamic. Listing team roles clearly ensures better organization. Lastly, explaining the color and visual style choices strengthens the artistic direction.

Week 4

Conciseness in presentation is essential—direct and clear explanations will maintain engagement. Avoid unnecessary details that might dilute key points.

Week 5

A more artistic but simplified character design aligns better with the story’s tone. Having each team member create a different concept design before selecting the best one is a great approach for ensuring unity while exploring diverse styles.

Week 6

Adjusting the character’s body shape to be less realistic enhances stylistic consistency. The decision to add extra lines should depend on team preference. The minimal art style for environments should still incorporate depth and gradients to avoid a flat or overly dark appearance. Avoiding black for buildings and instead using adjustable gray tones is a practical approach. Completing the storyboard promptly is crucial for feedback and maintaining workflow efficiency.

Week 7

Exploring different animation styles will help refine the project’s visual identity. A dynamic storyboard with strong composition and expressive character animation will create an emotional connection with the audience. Combining 2D and 3D elements is a promising approach, but the balance must be well thought out. Artistic quality should not compromise clarity—defining the scope early will help maintain a realistic production timeline. A polished animatic will be essential for smooth motion graphics execution.
