Experience

This semester, I delved into various aspects of video shooting and production. I mastered Adobe Premiere Pro (PR) for video editing, enabling me to effectively cut video content. I learned how to adjust sound in videos, including volume and quality, to enhance the viewer's experience. Additionally, I acquired skills in recording Vlogs, learning how to create and present content. I also learned to use photos to create stop-motion animation, allowing static images to be transformed into dynamic video sequences.

Observation

During the process, I observed that PR is a powerful tool, capable not only of basic video editing but also of improving overall video quality through sound adjustments. Post-production voice-over is a crucial aspect that adds narrative depth and emotional impact to the video. Recording Vlogs introduced me to the art of showcasing personal perspectives and daily life through the lens. In creating stop-motion animation, I noticed that combining a series of static photos can produce lively animated effects, turning simple images into engaging visual stories.

Discovery

Through this learning and practice, I discovered that video production requires not only technical skills but also creative expression. PR's diverse functionalities allowed me to freely realize my creative ideas, while the stop-motion technique provided a unique way to present static images. Recording Vlogs highlighted the importance of content creation and effective communication with the audience through camera work and narration. Overall, mastering these skills has not only enhanced my technical capabilities but also deepened my understanding of the video production process, making me more confident in my creative endeavors.
